About us
The Company was founded by Barry Cartman who is a Chartered Engineer with broad experience in business and telecom compliance issues.
Prior to setting up Cartman dot ORG Ltd, Barry was Director of Technical Operations and later Managing Director of the British Approvals Board for Telecommunications (BABT). He developed and restructured the business over many years to meet the demands of the progressive liberalisation of telecom terminal supply.
He is an active contributor to national and European activities in the field of telecom regulation where he has built up a wealth of contacts. Through his collaboration with associates having complementary skills, the Company is able to take on a broad range of assignments. The Company has an Association Agreement with InterConnect Communications Ltd.
